The only head with the moving mouth is the big penis. The upright and helmeted guy just stands there with his razor teeth clenched. Maybe the torso and head above are a nifty costume the “penis” is wearing wearing.
But heck, Brandy, we could do our anthology about a flock of giant, blue, flame-shooting penises. I was going to suggest medical staff working in an ER when a Sex Virus (not the painful sort) hits town and the whole ER is under quarantine but that’s probably been done.
