Good day today. We had merciless dim sum at Ming’s, spent four hours at the Exploratorium, and had an awesome dinner fixed by Mr. Corn Dog. Corn Dog & her Mister, Jake, Karen, and I spent a good bit of time futzing on the computer. Yes, that’s what blogging geeks do when they get together.
Y’all have probably seen this before: two talking kittens. But have you seen the translation?
If either of my cats ever does this, I’m hiring an exorcist.
This talking cat is hard to believe. She really says, “Hello.”
Easier to believe. Equally cute.
Oy, that’s quite enough of that.
D.
I had no idea there was a site like this, but I can’t hear anything because Bruce couldn’t figure out how to hook up the speakers, and your blog is blocked at school. What IS the cat saying to the moth?
Laughed my butt off. My cat got up from napping at the sound of the cat saying hello! Must have been a good greeting!

Sis: an eerie clicking sound, something which would be far more natural coming from a beetle than from a mammal. And if we ever make it down to LA again, remind us to tweak that computer of yours!
Rella: I thought these were all pretty funny, too.
Great to see you guys! I hope you make San Francisco a regular tour.
We hope so, too. We had a great time with you and the Mister and yer cute doggies, CD.
I’ve seen that translation, and it had me giggling. My favourite part is when the cat starts with the very blasé “meow” in the man’s voice.
The twitchy-meow thing is pretty common. I’ve seen lots of cats do it, even my own, when sighting bugs, birds, random lights on the ceiling…
Okay, it’s a deal.
“Twitchy-meow” — you mean that odd clicky noise? Perhaps we haven’t owned enough cats, but we’ve never heard any of ours do that. Strange!
LOL, I’m playing these cat videos and my dog keeps waking up and looking around. “Where are those cats????”
Puufy makes that clicky sound sometimes when he’s hunting a bug. He’s done it since he was teeny. He’s also very conversational – much like the last cat except he has a variety of meows instead of just the one. However, he’ never said ‘hello’.
I’ve used Hello Kitty to say hi to friends. Harrow. Haroro.
I’ve had 3 cats that do the clicky thing when they see something that needs killing. Our current very talky boy sounds more like an ack-ack gun when there are birds outside – in HIS sky! The nerve!
