Dean, don’t beat yourself up! I was thinking about opening it up to any of Kenney’s paintings, so you’re on solid ground. You read my mind, that’s all.
From my conversations with Kenney, I believe he intentionally sets out to stimulate a narrative. Unlike fiction, however, he’s comfortable with (and I think he wants) multiple interpretations.
